We thought things were different this time around with the Toronto Raptors. Even after Game 1, everyone really thought this wasn't going to be like last year. Or the year before. Going into Game 4 against the Indiana Pacers with a 2-1 lead, the Raptors had home-court advantage after dominating the past two games, and it seemed those ghosts of past playoff failures were put away in the attic. On Saturday in Indiana, they popped open that trunk and let the spirits run free. All the familiar failures were there. Miserable defense, bad spacing, sloppy fouls, turnovers, all the usual ingredients for a typical Raptors playoff loss, the ones we've become accustomed to over these past few years. And...
